To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to book and that our schedule runs smoothly, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • Appointment Cancellation - if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the non-refundable deposit for the scheduled service. • No-Shows - if you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel, you will forfeit the non-refundable deposit for the scheduled service and risk being banned from future bookings. • Late Arrivals - if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. This will be considered a late cancellation and will also forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balances must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
